Data Deletion Requests

City Film Guide offers two methods for submitting a data deletion request:

Direct Request

Users may submit a request by emailing: info@cityfilmguide.com

To ensure proper identification, please include:

• Full name
• Email address associated with your account
• A clear request for data deletion

Facebook Account Removal

Users may also remove City Film Guide directly through their Facebook account settings:

1. Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings
2. Select Apps and Websites
3. Locate City Film Guide
4. Click Remove

Processing & Timeline

Upon receipt of a verified request:

• User data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days
• A confirmation email will be issued once deletion is complete

Scope of Data Deletion

Deletion requests apply to all user-related data collected and stored by City Film Guide, including:

• Account information (name, email address)
• Facebook User ID and authentication data
• Any associated account records within the platform

Data Retention

City Film Guide may retain limited information where required for:

• Legal and regulatory compliance
• Security protocols and fraud prevention

Facebook Data Deletion Callback

If a request is initiated through Meta Platforms, City Film Guide will receive the request via Facebook’s Data Deletion Callback system and process it in accordance with this policy. Confirmation will be provided once the request has been fulfilled.
